Paul Clark FNAEA FICBA ACMI MARLA
Paul began his career in property in 1981, working
for a local general practice estate agency which incorporated within a national corporate
estate agency where he went on to become an Area Manager with responsibility for
a group of offices in Lincolnshire. Paul has dealt with all aspects of residential
and commercial property sales, letting and management during his career.

Sandra Whitehorn – Office Manager
Sandra joined Hill and Clark in 2002, and since then has covered all major aspects of work within the company. She has been a contributing factor to the growth of Hill and Clark, and having gained experience in her previous employment coupled with her property experience, now oversees the daily operation of the busy office.

Jackie Cooper – Accounts Administrator
Following 27 years with the Post Office progressing to Area Manager, Jackie joined Hill and Clark in 2006. Having gained a wide variety of business experience, she oversees the accounts process and organisation of repairs within the properties.

John Thorogood MARLA – Property Manager
John joined Hill and Clark in 2008 having previously worked in local government, banking and the police service, and years of local knowledge and experience of dealing with people has equipped him to deal with Landlords investment properties in a conscientious and diligent manner and has gained his ARLA Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.

Mark Schofield MARLA – Property Manager
Previous to joining Hill and Clark in 2009, Mark spent 22 years with the Royal Air Force where his duties included being responsible for accommodation and barrack blocks. He has been a residential landlord, and has gained his ARLA Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.

Claire Sheere -
After six years of receptionist work with a local manufacturing company, Claire joined Hill and Clark in early 2009. Her experience as a receptionist and dealing with both the public and international business enquiries has made her ideally suited as first point of contact.

Maria Kenny -
Maria joined the company in July 2009 after working for a number of local estate agents for 12 years. During this time she dealt with all aspects of property sales, and spent a short period with rental properties and the associated administration. Maria now uses her knowledge and experience in the local property industry for the benefit of Hill and Clark customers.


David Butler – Accounts Assistant
Having worked in shipping and ran his own business David joined Hill & Clark in 2010 to provide support in accounts and property repairs.

Paula Hurry – Property Assistant
Paula joined Hill & Clark earlier this year following 25 years in residential agency, as Property Assistant to the Director Paul and is personally responsible for developing Hill & Clark’s commercial property department.
